Shipping and Returns


Free Shipping is NOW available to U.S. domestic customers

Oh, shipping. The bane of existence for all small companies and entrepreneurs trying to do good in this world. It can be expensive, we know that, very expensive for us too. But you deserve some relief - - Add at least $88 (pre-tax) worth of merchandise and we will just go ahead and pay it forward. Oh, and why $88? Well you tell us...no seriously, tell us in your order comments, if you nail it correctly you get the reward (rewards and freebies are reserved for those who earned free shipping or nailed an equally impressive comment...we enjoy your comments.)

Gatsby and Bootlegger aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be shipped within 2 business days of the order via USPS Priority Mail. We can only ship items out Monday thru Friday Please allow at least one week for your package to arrive; if you still have not received your purchase after 10 days, please notify explore@gatsbyandbootlegger.com with your order number. We will be diligent with your order.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries that USPS Priority services. Packages typically take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your package within 3 weeks, please notify us at explore@gatsbyandbootlegger.com and include your order number. We cannot be responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.

Returns


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we aren't able to offer a refund. This is systematic and does not reflect our moral judgements, we're pretty sound people, and want everyone to be happy. Send us an email: If we can justifiably make it right - - we will.

Some items require a restocking fee of no more than $10, if a fee occurs on our end we will pay all costs incurred over that amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and free from environmental damage (this includes smoke, incense, etc) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging free from damage.

Non-returnable items:

Discontinued and/or clearanced to move items
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items (these items will be clearly described in the product description)

**All returns and subsequent refunds must be first initiated to us at explore@gatsbyandbootlegger.com - - you will receive your instructions to proceed.** It’s also important for us to know how we can improve your experience or how we or the brand did not live up to your expectations - -we will ask.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, all you’re doing is restocking their inventory for free. They will be happy, you will not be happy.

Any item sent to us uninitiated and not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be trashed or deemed part of our personal collections (thank you!).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular stocked items may be refunded, unfortunately Final Sale items cannot be refunded - - again this is systematic error for us, but we will clearly label these items in the descriptions.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges for wrong item, wrong size, etc. are allowed - - initiate the exchange and let us know how we can help.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, simply say so in your initiated email to us.

Exchanges and Refunds can only be given to the original purchaser. We shouldn't have to explain ourselves, its policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charges will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, PROTECT yourself and choose a shipping option with insurance.
